Affiliates- We may disclose information to current or future affiliates or subsidiaries for research, marketing, and other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

OGPRS Partners- We may disclose your information with the creator(s) of our application(s) that you download in the Google Play Store.
Other Unaffiliated Third Parties- We may disclose information to other unaffiliated third parties, including for those third parties own marketing purposes.
Business Transfers- We may disclose information to another entity in connection with, including during negotiations of, an acquisition or merger, sale or transfer of a business unit or assets, bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of any other similar business transfer.
Protecting Rights and Interests- We may disclose information to protect the safety, rights, property, or security of OGPRS, the Services, any third party, or the general public; to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to prevent or stop activity which OGPRS, in its sole discretion, may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity; to use as evidence in litigation; and to enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.

Aggregate and De-Identified Information- We may disclose, rent or sell, aggregate, anonymous, or de-identified information for marketing, advertising, research, compliance, or other purposes.
In addition to the above, we will disclose your information to third parties as described to you at the time of collection or as consented to by you before disclosure. For example, you may use our services to share information that you collect with your OGPRS applications, with third parties (e.g., PDFs that you share or information that you share with another OGPRS user or account). Once this data is shared with these third parties, the data becomes their property and OGPRS does not assume the risk or liability of what data you have shared now or in the past.
Our data security policy and standards enable secure data handling for personal and sensitive user data. Designated personnel are allowed access to sensitive data and systems only if there is a business need to do so and with prior approval. Sensitive systems are physically and/or logically isolated in order to restrict access to authorized personnel only.
Access control applies to all networks, servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, web applications and websites, cloud storages, and services, including the following:
Auditing of attempts to log on to any device on the company network
Windows NTFS permissions to files and folders
Role-based access model
Server access rights
Firewall permissions
Network zone and VLAN ACLs
Web authentication rights
Database access rights and ACLs
Encryption at rest and in flight

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We collect the Contact number and email address of our users.
The personal information (validated contact number and email) is permanently retained by us (our customer list).
Users can post a listing of their business on our portal, which thus becomes public information upon publishing. All posts are vetted for compliance with our privacy policy before publishing.
At any time, the user can request deletion of or updates to their Business listing information.
The listing data (submitted by the user voluntarily as public information) is saved on our servers permanently.
In addition, we store the location and time when the business listing is searched by users - this is stored without any user specific information.
The time and location of query/ search is saved for 6 months after which it is subject to purging.
We and our service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about how you use our Services. We or our service providers may combine this information with other information, including personal information, we collect about you. Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to a computer’s hard drive through a web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities while using our Services. We may use clear GIFs (also referred to as web beacons, web bugs or pixel tags), in connection with our Services to, among other things, track user activities, help us manage content, and compile statistics about usage of our Services. Please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes (e.g., in accordance with our record retention policies or to enforce our Terms of Service).
Opting out of Email Communications. We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or contacting us at the Contact Us information below. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you non-promotional emails (e.g., about your account with us).
Any personal information you provide to OGPRS through our services may be transferred to or accessed by the parties listed in How We Disclose Your Information above for the purposes described in How We Use Your Information above, to Nigeria or other countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal information as the one in which you reside.
